We're Moving to Central Park

We are excited to let you know that we are moving our Eagle Village (Augustine Avenue) branch to an upgraded building at 1980 Carl D. Silver Parkway. Same great team, same great service — just two miles down the road.

We’re currently aiming to open our new location in the Spring of 2027. As with any construction project, permitting and other factors outside of our control can affect the timeline, so we’ll keep you posted as we get closer and have a firm opening date.

Have a safe deposit box at Augustine?

We're unable to physically move the safe deposit boxes from our current branch at 2004 Augustine Avenue to our new location. If you currently have a safe deposit box at this branch, please remove the contents of your box by December 31, 2026. Your rate for your current box will be pro-rated and returned to you upon pickup at our Augustine location.

You have two options for your safe deposit box contents:

Move your box to our Massaponax Branch
Bring your box contents to our 9622 Patriot Highway location and receive 25% off the annual safe deposit box rate. Please note: Space is limited at this branch so please act quickly. This discount applies to the first year's rental fee.
Wait for our Central Park Branch
You may keep your box contents until our new Central Park location opens. Once the new branch is open, you'll receive 25% off the annual safe deposit box rate when you open a new box within the first 90 days of opening. Please note: This discount applies to the first year's rental fee.

Important: After December 31, 2026, Topside may no longer be able to provide access to your box at the current location. Any boxes that remain occupied may need to be drilled open, and the contents may be moved to a secure off-site storage facility. Any associated drilling and storage fees will be the responsibility of the box renter. We encourage you to make arrangements as soon as possible to avoid additional costs and inconvenience.
